Employee Self Service Support

Employee Self-Service allows employees at the State of Colorado to change or review their personal records. 

This webpage provides a variety of user guides to support end users completing a variety of tasks including:

Before you begin, make sure:

• You have an Employee Self Service User ID (your “997” number) and Password.

• You are using one of the preferred browsers for Employee Self-Service: Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. Additional browsers are available for Mac and mobile systems. Email the ESS HelpDesk (ess.help@state.co.us) if you need information on these browsers.

• Pop-up blockers are disabled in your preferred browser.
