Log In to Employee Self-Service

1. Open your internet browser, type the ESS URL in the address bar, and press the <Enter> key to access the ESS login window. 

Note: Logging in requires the use of google authenticator or access to the connected email address. Make sure you have access to one of these options prior to attempting to login to the system.

2. Enter your user ID in the User ID field, your password in the Password field, and click the Sign In button. 

Note: If you don't remember your ESS password, you can recover your account information by clicking "Forgot Password?" in the login window. 

3. In the Sign In Verification box, choose an authentication method (either email or Google Authenticator) and click the Next button. 

4. In the 2nd Sign In Verification box, enter the passcode you receive from email or Google Authenticator into the Enter your passcode field, and click the Verify button.
